A great wine cellar is about creating a controlled environment that will be of service to anyone around it. Whether it is located in a tiny apartment or crouching mansion, the design options that are applicable to a wine cellar are virtually limitless. As one of our clients required a total remodel of their wine cellar, we had to put our thinking caps on. But it was not long until our amazing team stepped forth and conquered the project. First, we adopted a full-room insulation to maintain a steady range of temperatures. While this seems like an element that may not necessarily be part of an interior design grand scheme of things, it was essential to maintain the right conditions that will complement the overall design of the wine cellar. Thereafter, we focused on a simple and neat space for wine storage. We did this through a beautifully designed shelf that introduced the best elements of mahogany in the room without over-complicating other aspects that were part of the design.
