As a solicitor who heads our Dispute Resolution Department, Kate brings extensive experience in litigation to the firm. Having mainly practiced in this area of law since 2007, she has brilliantly won all the cases that she was a part of. She focuses primarily on commercial litigation but has also tackled legal cases that are about securities enforcement, estate dispute, and professional negligence. Kate holds a Bachelor of Laws (with distinction) and needless to say, she always puts her knowledge to good use. When she is not practicing law, Kate enjoys occasional fishing with her family and friends, especially on Sunday afternoons.

Steven Klein
